This is a classic "Cuvée Minervoise", where the blend of grape varieties complements each other wonderfully. The ripeness and precision of the black fruits balance out the freshness. The barrel-aged Syrahs and Carignans have added a certain distinction. A lovely wine for aperitifs and meals, with grilled meats or sauces.

A very good wine in the Minervois style. Quite powerful. Still a little young but very good potential.
