Our "Cul de Loup" Sancerre cuvée is named after the plot from which our grapes are harvested. Legend has it that the last Sancerre wolf was spotted here, at the southernmost point of the Sancerre appellation. Our 89-acre plot is planted on clay-limestone soil.
