In a few words ...
Le Secret du Manoir, from a one-hectare parcel of our oldest Merlot vines on the limestone plateau, vinified as a whole berry with punching down to promote a smoother, even more precise extraction. This wine is aged for 12 months in new and single-vineyard French oak barrels. This wine is perfectly balanced, powerful, greedy and long, capable of rivaling the greatest Bordeaux wines in a blind tasting!
