Château Dutruch Grand Poujeaux

The terroir of Dutruch Grand Poujeaux is known as the best in Moulis. The production area is 31 hectares, with 9,000 vines per hectare. Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot are grown here. Wines from this terroir are aged in oak barrels, and harvested mainly by hand.
The domaine recommends drinking these wines at 16°C to 17°C. They are the perfect accompaniment to beef in sauce, prime rib or rack of veal. You can also serve them with Saint-Nectaire or other mature cheeses.
