A true precursor of organic winegrowing, Jacques Frelin has been committed to organic farming since 1983. "Respect for the Earth and its people starts with us!
As early as the 1960s, the Frelin family began to work their vineyards without chemicals. In 1983, Jacques Frelin embarked on the organic adventure with the conviction that a wine must be naturally good. The wines offered by Jacques Frelin come from rigorously selected vineyards in Languedoc-Roussillon, Rhône Valley, Provence, Bordeaux, Gascony and Loire Valley.

For 4 generations, Champagne Th. Petit has owned a winery in the heart of Ambonnay, a small medieval village in bloom at the bottom of the slopes of the Reims mountain. Classified as a Grand Cru, the wine estate has the particularity of cultivating pinot noir.

The Domaine Tour Saint Michel, a family wine estate, has existed for three generations. Michel Fabre, founder of the property in 1930, passed on his passion to his son Henri. With the help of his wife Eliane, Henri developed and expanded the estate to 40 hectares. Today, their daughter Mireille manages the vineyard, respecting the family tradition while bringing a more modern style.

Florence and Francis are the 7th generation of winemakers in the Beaudouin family. Faithful to its heritage, Champagne Beaudouin-Latrompette perpetuates the know-how acquired by the previous generations while improving its cultural practices in order to reduce as much as possible its impact on the environment. This small exploitation spreads between the terroir of Nogent l'Abbesse planted in Chardonnay, and the terroirs of Boursault and Vauciennes, planted in Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Château Fortia is one of the oldest wine estates in Châteauneuf-du-Pape (18th century). Pierre Pastre and Chantal Le Roy de Boiseaumarié, represent the 4th generation of owners. They are surrounded by the young and talented Sandra Rochel and Anna Olejnik who manage the wine estate today.
"Reserve" is a wine made from the two most beautiful plots of Syrah, produced in limited quantities and only during great vintages.
"Secret des Terres" 2016 is Twil's favorite, with its exceptional vintage it is already ready to drink but can also be forgotten a few years in the cellar.
"Tradition" is the historical cuvée of the château, with its young 2018 vintage it is better to offer it than to open it at Christmas.

Anthony Aubert and Jean-Charles Mathieu want to break with the codes in Languedoc and produce modern, fresh wines that meet the new expectations of consumers. As committed wine merchants, they support local biodiversity, reforestation and aid to beekeepers.
Their wines, produced in close collaboration with the winemakers, with the greatest respect for the environment, on exceptional terroirs, are quickly spotted by the critics. The labels, sublime, offbeat and surprising, won a prize at the Harpers Design Awards.

Wines that reflect the great terroirs of Champagne
Founded in 1913, the house has been brilliantly revived by Victor Duntze (4th generation) and today produces harmonious, authentic and extremely promising wines.
In the 19th century, many Germans came to bring their management, accounting and commercial expertise to the young Champagne houses. Names such as Taittinger, Krug, Bollinger and Deutz began to become famous. Friedrich Duntze (1856-1944) was part of this wave.

The 2015 combines structure, elegance and body, a beautiful tannic structure and a long finish. The 2011 combines complexity and aromatic intensity, a full-bodied wine with melted tannins and a long, tangy finish.
The presence of vines seems to date back to the 13th century, when the château was built. We find its name in the first Bordeaux wine classifications, notably in the Ferret guide of 1868. It is a human-sized, family-run and autonomous estate. Claire and Marc Ponsar make their wines in the Medoc tradition.

Grapes from the old vines of the property. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. In its youth, fresh, crisp red and black fruit aromas with subtle toasty notes. Over time, the aromas evolve into truffle, animal and menthol notes. The 2013, 2014 and 2015 vintages are ready to drink but you can also cellar them for a few years. Nicknamed the "Master of Malbec", Jean-Luc Baldès, the 7th generation at the head of the wine estate, is a winemaker who bears the colors of his region in the French South-West. He alone embodies the progress made in the Cahors appellation, to reach today an absolutely remarkable finesse.
Created in 1830, Clos Triguedina is today one of the great wine estates of reference in Cahors. Its wines can be found in the most beautiful cellars, in particular that of the Élysée Palace (it has been the supplier for more than 30 years).
