Two special personalities come together here: the grola site on the hill near the Lac de Garde and the indigenous grape varieties that give the wine intensity and finesse. The bouquet of blackcurrant and tobacco carries through to an aromatic finish. After alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with daily stirring of the lees, the wine is aged in barrels for 16 months. It is then blended and left in barrels for a further 2 months. After bottling, it ages a further 10 months in bottle.residual sugar:2.5 / acidity:5.6 allergene:enthält sulfite
