    Crémant de Loire is an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée sparkling wine. It is vinified using the Traditional Method, with a second fermentation in the bottle. This wine can be enjoyed either as an aperitif or as a cocktail. It should be served chilled but not iced, between 6 and 8°C. Our Crémant de Loire "Blanc" is a subtle blend of Chenin, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Low in sugar, "Annivy" is an elegant accompaniment to any festive occasion, from the aperitif to the end of the meal.
