Crémant de Loire is an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée sparkling wine. It is vinified using the Traditional Method, with a second fermentation in the bottle. This wine can be enjoyed either as an aperitif or as a cocktail. It should be served chilled but not iced, between 6 and 8°C. Our Crémant de Loire "Rosé" draws all its aromas from Cabernet Franc. Although low in sugar, it expresses beautiful red fruit aromas.
