Bright straw yellow with greenish-gold highlights, the nose reveals intense aromas of fresh vine peach and orange peel, underlined by the floral notes typical of the torrontés grape variety. On the palate, too, the seductive, juicy fruit of the bouquet is clearly present, supported by a fresh, elegantly balanced acidity that gives the wine plenty of perfumed vivacity and beautiful aromatic length. To preserve as much of the grape's juicy fruit and the freshness of the torrontés as possible, montes allows its wine to age without any contact with oak in a dark cellar at a cool temperature of no more than 15°c, before bottling without fining and with only light filtration, and preparing it for the trade. Elegant aperitif or accompaniment to refined fish and seafood dishes, white meats and poultry, tender spring vegetables and mild goat's cheese. Allergene:enthält sulfite
