    A blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, this cuvée is characterized by 24 months' vat ageing followed by a further 24 months' bottle ageing on the lees. Cruzat Nature is renowned for its well-defined body and aromas, the owner of a ripe yet tender character whose persistent bubbles offer firmness and a creamy texture.

    Pale yellow color followed by a beautiful effervescence and fine bubbles.

    Aroma

    The nose reveals notes of citrus, tropical fruit, jasmine, elderflower and lime blossom, perfectly blended with the aromas of fermentation and yeast lysis.
