Leko Blanc comes from the cool climates of the Adelaide Hills, so its origins are obvious. This cuvée is produced by macerating the juice with the grape skins ("skin-contact"), a technique increasingly used to add complexity, body and different flavors to the wine. Leko Savagnin is an excellent example.
