Many of the most influential and famous winemakers from Australia through the doors of the cellar Saltram throughout its 150 year history. Meanwhile, two families have dominated winemaking; Salters and the Dolans. Three generations of Salters made wine until 1937 and played a role Dolans to Saltram from 1950 until 2007.
