This Barbera, aged in first- and second-use oak barrels, is richly fruity. Floral notes of violet and hints of chocolate and licorice round out the aroma. On the palate, it is voluptuous and balanced, yet supple and surprisingly fresh on the finish. The harvest was whipped, with skin contact during fermentation. Malolactic fermentation was completed by the end of the year. Barbera was then aged for nine months in used wooden barrels. Allergene:enthält sulfite
