Assembly : 100% barbera vinification : after malolactic fermentation, the wine is moved to French and large Slovenian oak barrels for 14 months, then blended in steel tanks until bottling. Unfiltered. TASTING : rich ruby-violet color with concentrated ripe aromas of red raspberry and cherry with a touch of vanilla, toast and spice. On the richer side of barbera with lush fruit, well-balanced acidity, good oak integration and a long, persistent finish.
