This regional appellation surrounds the 10 Beaujolais crus. I produce it in 2 neighboring communes. The soils are predominantly granite. The result is a wine with a garnet-red color, a nose of black fruit and a supple attack on the palate with aromas of cooked fruit and blackcurrant, and silky, supple tannins. In summer, you can cool it down!
