The Cabernet Franc comes from a parcel (called Vigna dell'Asina) situated at an altitude of 500 meters on a soil of schist and clay, on a very well-ventilated site with great thermal amplitudes: a velvety, fine wine that illustrates the full potential of this grape variety in southern Tuscany.

Powdery, crisp, the palate is very tasty, frank and precise, built around a fruit of integrity. The tannins are ripe and aged, giving structure to this salivating wine that has shed all varietal character. Fine peppery finish.
