On the left bank of the Serein, on the outskirts of Chablis, Les Vaillons holds the secret of a timeless terroir. Nestling on the slopes of the Valvan valley, our parcel extends over 4 hectares in the heart of this renowned premier cru, on the "Les Epinottes" climat to be precise. The reddish-brown soil is clay-limestone, on sedimentary geological layers of the Upper Jurassic (the famous Kimmeridgian found only in Chablis and in Dorset, England, more precisely around the town of Kimmeridge, which gave it its name).

Attractive, bright pale yellow color.
Aroma
Floral aromas are clear, followed by fine woody notes and fresh fruit.

Well-balanced, acidic backbone. Full-bodied, typical of a premier cru. Lime blossom and almond, followed by a long, coated finish.
