The grapes are hand-picked and whole bunches pressed. Alcoholic fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation, takes place naturally in new barrels and barrels containing one or more wines. Ageing period: 12 months.

Appearance
Pale yellow in color and with a good shine.
Aroma
Flint recalls the deep minerality of a wine sometimes toasted, spontaneously buttery fresh. With age, it takes on notes of honey and ripe pear. Curvaceous and often opulent, its attack is nicely lifted.
