20-30 year-old vines. Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks, then gentle, precise extraction from perfectly ripe grapes. Aged 18 months in 50hL foudres and 500L barrels.

Appearance

Deep, dark color augurs well for a heady wine.

Aroma

Intense black and red fruit (blackcurrant, raspberry). After aeration, the vanilla, chocolate and toasted notes of barrel ageing come to the fore.
