Scea Francois CordonnierEstimated delivery between 2 and May 3,
Grapes from the estate's old vines. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. In its youth, aromas of fresh, crunchy red and black fruits, with subtle toasty notes. Over time, aromas evolve towards truffle, animal and menthol notes. The domaine recommends waiting at least 3 to 5 years for tasting, and up to 15 years for the most patient!
A tasty Moulis, full of character and potential. Particularly ripe fruit, notes of cocoa, tobacco, flint and violets, full-bodied, well-structured palate, with fatness, persistent aromas and freshness.
Appearance
Intense garnet-red color with almost purplish highlights in its youth.
Aroma
Fresh nose with roasted notes of black fruit. Cabernet franc is well present, with characteristic floral aromas.
