Château la passonne 2011 has a beautiful golden straw color with crystalline highlights. The nose is fine and complex, with great elegance. It combines superb fruity aromas with fine menthol notes. On the palate, it's full-bodied, very round and very fresh. It goes perfectly with foie gras, blue cheeses and desserts, and should be served at a temperature of 11°C. Enjoy now.
