After 17 years of wandering from one end of the globe to the other, cédric le bloas found his home in the heart of the côtes de granit rose, at lannion in the côtes d'armor. Since then, cédric has been living his life as a cider grower "thoroughly, thoroughly, thoroughly, without chemicals, with the little birds and nature. This is only my third cider, I'm still a beginner". And yet, for a beginner, Cedric has all the makings of a great one! He cherishes his apples like his own daughters: once they've fallen naturally, he lovingly picks them by hand. The magic happens: a perfect blend, the terroir working its magic on the yeasts, natural bubbling, no inputs, and it's all done. All apples are hand-picked in the orchards. A human-sized farm, 6ha. The orchards are mowed and the trees pruned; there are no other inputs or treatments. Three harvest passages from October to December, pressing 3 to 4 weeks later, long fermentation (5 months), bottling in spring and 2nd fermentation in bottle (3 months) with indigenous yeasts. Sulfite-free, pure-juice cider, natural effervescence and bubbling. No fining,
