In a few words ...
This wine is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier and Vermentino. Harvested at night at 10-12°C room temperature to preserve maximum aromas. Low-temperature fermentation controlled at 12°C. De-stemmed harvest - pneumatic pressing. The wine is then blended and aged in tanks under inert gas, bottled on demand to preserve maximum aromas.
