Yield : 25 hl per hectare Vinification: Hand-picked. Matured in underground vats cut into the rock. Pellicular maceration for 3 to 4 hours and pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at 13°C. Aged for 12 months, 70% in underground vats cut into the rock and 30% in oak barrels.
