Color: bright, clear straw yellow Odor: floral, fruity bouquet of fruit blossoms, citrus (grapefruit), vine peaches and white currants, elegantly underscored by fine notes of toasted hazelnuts Taste: juicy, mineral and full-bodied on the palate, with the perfumed aromas of the bouquet, the creamy richness and lively acidity are elegantly balanced, the finish is long with fresh, fruity notes (stone fruit, citrus) the grapes were harvested up to the end of February and immediately transported to the cellar, the musts fermented half in stainless steel tanks (46%) and half in French oak barrels (54%), and were aged for six months to maintain a harmonious balance between oak and the fresh fruit of the grape variety. Torres opted not to use malolactic fermentation, preferring to age his Chardonnay on fine lees to round out its smoothness and suppleness. In November, all batches were recut and bottled.
