The Collioure vineyards are located in the extreme south of France, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean. The Collioure Blanc appellation is mainly made from old Grenache Gris vines. Produced from a selection of Grenache Gris grapes from the lower slopes and hinterland, it expresses a fine balance between freshness and structure, with strong mineral notes.

Very fine and complex: sweet spices (curry), citrus, yellow peach, apricot, mango and vanilla notes.
