This wine is best enjoyed now, to enjoy the pleasure of fruit at its peak in its youth. The Coteaux Bourguignons appellation is a recent one, expressing the freshness of northern France's vineyards through the Burgundy grape varieties Pinot Noir and Gamay. Although the soils are all clay-limestone, the diversity of terroirs on a north-south axis means that we can find a very fine aromatic complexity in this wine.
