In recent years, Jean-Max and his two sons, Etienne and Thibaud, have turned the estate into one of the best-known addresses in the Loire region. The wines benefit from the great expertise of these three professionals, and are world-renowned. 70 to 80% of the vineyards are planted with Sauvignon Blanc, which can really develop its fantastic range of white flower, exotic fruit and lemon aromas on the clay-limestone soils.
