Assembly : 100% pinot noir. vinification : a 4-hectare plot - les pierres plates - facing south. kimmeridgian clay-limestone soil (Middle Jurassic). Organic and biodynamic. work essentially with indigenous yeasts from the mouts. Temperature control during fermentation to protect the wine's aromas. Minimal use of sulfites. TASTING : beautiful, bright red color. On the nose, intense aromas of red fruits: strawberries, morello cherries and blackcurrants. Well-balanced flavors on the palate, with a smooth, creamy texture. A finish without bitterness or astringency, with supple, refreshing tannins.
