Fruit, fruit and more fruit! The exceptional vintage of 2020 has enabled us to create this cuvée, a wine of gourmandise and conviviality. Mechanical harvesting with sorting and plot selection dedicated to this cuvée fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks at a low temperature of around 20°c to preserve all the freshness of the aromas. Working with the lees enhances the wine's fullness and roundness. The wine is bottled early, the following summer. 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 14% Petit Verdot.
