This cuvée was created for the 2015 vintage. It has since become one of the house's must-haves.
Appearance
Bright ruby-red colour.
Aroma
Charming nose of ripe red and black fruit, with a natural touch of freshness (Gamay influence, but richer, riper and denser).
Taste
The palate is suave, structured, rounder and warmer than the classic Beaujolais version, but still very pleasant and accessible, a bistro wine par excellence.
