A 15 km. east of Bordeaux, the large house control an area of 50 hectares: 30 hectares of vineyards in one piece, 20 of woods and meadows. The structure of the area protected by the surrounding forest, sunny, generates a remarkable microclimate which preserves the vineyard hail and frost.
