This wine, made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, is produced using sustainable farming methods. Alcoholic fermentation 8 to 10 days. Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks. Stabilization by tangential filtration. Vineyard on clay-gravel hilltops.

On the nose, it exudes toasty, woody notes.
Taste
On the palate, the attack is frank and fresh, a wine with plenty of substance, power and length, with some vanilla notes at the end. Interesting tannic structure.
