Vignobles Jean Boireau's Haut-Milon is a red wine produced in the Gironde vineyard of the same name. It is made from Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, and is aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It has a deep ruby color, with aromas of ripe fruit and hints of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate, it is rich, powerful and concentrated, with ripe tannins and a lingering finish. It's a complex, aromatic wine that pairs perfectly with red meats and mature cheeses.
