The château saint-roch vineyard is located on the gravelly hillside of "cos", surrounded by châteaux lafite rothschild, cos d'estournel and cos-labory. It has been managed since 1971 by the audoy family, who also own château cos labory, with the same care and philosophy of excellence. Soil type: Gunz gravel on a marl-limestone bedrock. Manual and mechanical harvesting. Grapes sorted on a mobile table directly in the vineyard. Alcoholic fermentation in thermo-regulated concrete vats (80 to 220 hl) with delestage. Vatting period of 25 to 28 days.
