In a few words ...

Ruby-red color. On the palate, complex aromas of red and black fruits, raspberries, strawberries and cherries as well as blackcurrants and blackberries, with age appear opulent aromas such as jasmine, pistachio, truffle, leather and prune, voluptuous, with a taut tannic structure. Didier delagrange is deeply rooted in viticulture. He didn't just grow up and study viticulture in one of the world's most important wine-growing regions, Burgundy. He was born into viticulture, and the domaine henri delagrange et fils has already been in existence for six generations. When didier delagrange took over the domaine from his parents, he planted more vines. In the meantime, 14.5 hectares of the best terroirs of the Côte de Beaune aoc are part of the estate. The vineyard is the starting point for all wine production. If a mistake is made here, it can never be undone. So it's not just the soil on which the vines grow that's decisive, it's also essential to take good care of the vines. Another decisive step is to determine the right moment for harvesting, so that the grapes are ripe and perfectly pleasant to the touch. The challenge is to preserve the natural character of the wines despite the fluctuations of the vintage, while maintaining the style of each individual wine. To achieve this, we intervene as little as possible in the winemaking process. This is the only way to preserve the originality of each grape variety. Allergene:enthält sulfite
