To create this cuvée, we chose a plot of old chardonnay vines located in the commune of pierreclos. The vinification and ageing of a sulfite-free white requires a great deal of care and attention, starting with the harvest, which must be perfectly healthy. A small amount of sulfite is added before bottling to ensure good conservation. This is a white wine full of freshness, with citrus notes and a long finish. 100% Chardonnay. Sustainable viticulture, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation, aging in stainless steel vats, no added sulfites, clay-limestone soils.
