In a few words ...

Champagne Taittinger produces a vintage cuvée only when the harvest is of exceptional quality. This requirement is complemented by several years of cellar ageing, to ensure the slow ripening of the aromas and the development of the wine's length and complexity. Taittinger Brut Millésimé 2008 is a first press blend only. It is composed of 50% Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs "Grands Crus" and 50% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and early Marne Valley "Grands Crus".
