THE HOUSE'S EMBLEMATIC CUVÉE. The irresistible combination of Pinot Noir fruitiness and Chardonnay finesse. Its composition and particularly fine bubbles, the result of prolonged cellar ageing, make this a pleasant, light cuvée to enjoy on any occasion!
"Four parts pinot noir to one part chardonnay in this fresh, gourmet brut, perfect as an aperitif. A nose of white flowers, apple and stewed pear; a tonic attack on the palate, with citrus fruits (pink grapefruit), which gains in fullness as morello cherry enters the scene."

Pale yellow color, light mousse, dense, regular effervescence.
Aroma
Pleasant, dense, complex nose with aromas of citrus fruit, white peach, fruit paste and brioche.

Ample with good length. Notes of yellow and dried fruit. A generous, slender cuvée, with a fairly round mid-palate sustained by a fine freshness. A discreet but persistent finish.
