Aroma
Nez de confiture de Framboise, légèrement poivré, pointe réglissée, mûre. Puis thym, laurier et deuxième nez.

Bonne attaque en bouche, très franche. Les fruits noirs confiturés persistent. Notes épicées, poivrées, clou de girofle puis vient la réglisse douce et la violette. Bonne longueur. Tanins ronds. Belle intensité.
