Esprit des garrigues has a strong link with the vines, which are located in the middle of the garrigue. When we do tastings, there's always a strong link with the garrigue, with the herbs that give freshness to the nose. The wine brings out the best of the Boutenac terroir, with its fruity herbs. 40% Carignan, 50% Grenache, 10% Syrah. Hand-harvested, use of indigenous yeasts, use of selected yeasts, pre-fermentation cold maceration, traditional cork stopper, ageing in one-wine oak barrels.

Woody, complex, black fruit aromas, ripe fruit aromas, spicy aromas, garrigue aromas, oak aromas.
Taste
Deep, concentrated, dense, notes of black fruit, notes of garrigue, notes of roasted coffee, silky tannins, round, powerful body, high intensity, good persistence.
