Rosella rouge de corinne et damien deneufbourg is a round, fresh, mineral Côtes du Roussillon blended with equal parts Grenache and Syrah. It has a beautiful ruby color and a pleasantly jammy veraison bouquet. On the palate, there's a marked presence of black fruit, a spicy edge and just the right amount of tannin. It's perfect for a Catalan cheese board with fine charcuterie and Mediterranean cuisine on a bed of grilled vegetables.
