A pleasurable, gourmet wine to drink slightly chilled! Grenache noir vinified with short maceration in whole bunches to extract crisp fruit and a light structure, blends with a beautiful Syrah vinified and aged in barrels to bring complexity, nobility and spicy, slightly smoky and vanilla notes. To add complexity, Carignan Noir is vinified with Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Chardonnay in vats to develop the floral notes and charming hints of apricot and peach that make this cuvée so unique!
