Olympe de deneufbourg is a Côtes Catalanes blend of Syrah and Marselan that boasts a beautiful garnet-red color with lots of brilliance, an intense bouquet of pepper with hints of garrigue, and round tannins. The finish features notes of blackberry and raspberry. A delicious wine, perfect with grilled meats, duck breast or gizzard salad.

Aroma
Intense, peppery nose with hints of garrigue and zan.
Taste
Very frank attack on the palate, with a strong zan note. The finish is a mishmash of blackberry and licorice. Very round tannins, a delicious wine.
