For our white bubbles, atypical in the Saumur region, we use 100% Chardonnay, for its liveliness and suppleness. Our crémant is made in our own cellars, where it remains for a minimum of 36 months. This allows it to gain in finesse, both in terms of bubbles and mouthfeel. During this long period, it acquires fatness, which enables us to leave it as extra brut. Ideal as an aperitif. 100% chardonnay.
