Our Touraine Blanc "La Java" is undeniably an exuberant Sauvignon Blanc bursting with fruit. A "buddy" wine, as we like them, with an attractive, energetic label. The feathers symbolize the lightness and festive spirit we want to instill in our wines. You'll discover a wine that's greedy, fruity and easy to drink. The aroma precursors that give the cuvée "La Java" its aromatic richness are extracted through 12 hours of pellicular maceration. Pressing is gentle, and fermentation is thermo-regulated at 15°C to preserve the highly sensitive aromatic precursors.

"La Java" is a very pretty wine, pale gold in color with green reflections, a sign of the wine's youth.
Aroma
This white wine from Touraine is undoubtedly characteristic of the Sauvignon grape variety: the nose is explosive and intense, expressing exotic fruits lightly nuanced by aromas of blackcurrant leaves.
