On an ancient vineyard in Provence in the municipality of TOURVES (VAR), the owners decide, after the 2002 harvest, to produce a high quality wine. Thus, for some years, the vineyard of the Sheepfold of Aquino vinified and aged his crops in the cellar of a nearby area of great reputation. As of 2008, it was decided to perform these operations on the site of the Sheepfold Aquino.
