The winemaker

The Luberon is a traditional wine region. Since Roman times, numerous writings, reliefs, notarial acts and communal testify. Bauduin Parmentier, owner, resumed operation 1999.Il then performed on this exceptional site, heavy work of restructuring. Operations recépages, remediation of certain land and replanting are then performed. Bauduin Parmentier then puts quality, adopting a mode of traditional culture BIO, outlawing any chemical synthesis. He thus shaping a field of 28 hectares of vines and 8 hectares of olive trees. A single goal is privileged: To produce the best wine, expression of this generous land, balancing each parcel of vines naturally.
