This rosé, with its pale color and brilliant highlights, expresses our perfect mastery of the terroirs of Provence's clay-limestone soils... 40% grenache, 30% cinsault, 30% syrah. Sustainable viticulture, mechanical harvesting, fermentation in cement vats with epoxy resin, use of selected yeasts, regular stirring of the lees, direct pressing, settling, ageing in stainless steel vats, ageing in cement vats with epoxy resin, blending, fining, technical corking, clay-limestone soils.
