The winemaker

At the heart of Provence and nestled against "Regagnas" where common Auriol meet, Trets, La Bouilladisse and Saint Zacharie, Domaine "The Michelle" is a paradise for vineyards and olive groves. They grow them for three generations. Today, Nelly and Jean-François Margier invest passionately in operation. The bias is respect for the environment and ecosystems through the practice of Reasoned Agriculture. Domaine "The Michelle 'belongs to the circuit for 10 years of" dating FARRE Farms. " It was the first olive farm in France to be qualified under Reasoned Agriculture in 2004. Today the area is working according to the principles of organic farming.
